Yes — Rukshan Yoga Studio is government registered (registration no. 2/13/210/2019-10-01/11), and is the only government registered yoga studio in Mirissa.
Our each general yoga class takes 90 minutes.
The instructor integrates modern anatomy and therapy approaches with traditional yoga, and teaching is adaptable. Let us know your training preferences at the start of class.
Wear a pair of comfortable pants and a T-shirt. Sri Lanka is a tropical country, so cotton clothes are more suitable.
A water bottle, personal yoga mat, and a towel. Mats are also available for purchase or rental at the studio.
